Senior Human Resource Executive - Employee Services

About the role

The Senior Human Resource Executive – Employee Services will lead HR operational support for the Bangkok office, overseeing employee services, benefits, expatriate management and compliance. The role serves as a primary HR contact for staff, managers and external partners, fostering a positive employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, transfers, promotions, contract administration and off‑boarding.
• Administer employee benefits, welfare programs, leave management and staff uniform processes.
• Handle expatriate immigration matters such as visas, work permits, renewals and related documentation.
• Maintain training records, support mandatory training administration and monitor compliance.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, town‑halls and internal communications.
• Support HR compliance activities, audits and reporting, and contribute to process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in HR operations, employee services or benefits administration.
• Experience managing expatriate administration, including visa and work‑permit processes.
• Good knowledge of Thai labour law and HR compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
