Senior Investment Analyst – Renewable Energy M&A

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and technically proficient professional to join our M&A team in Bangkok. The role is execution‑heavy, bridging investment strategy with the technical delivery of renewable energy projects such as solar, wind and battery storage.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex, project‑level financial models for renewable energy assets.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate technical due diligence (yields, EPC costs, O&M) into investment assumptions.
• Coordinate information flow between accounting, legal and regional departments, acting as the “engine room” for transactions.
• Drive the transaction process to meet tight deadlines and keep stakeholders aligned.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in M&A, corporate development or project finance within renewable energy.
• Background in technical advisory, engineering consultancy or Owner’s Engineer roles is a plus.
• Degree in Finance, Engineering or related field; CFA or similar designation is advantageous.
• Resilient, assertive and able to manage cross‑functional relationships in a fast‑paced environment.
