Senior Manager / Director – Financial Advisory (M&A)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Director to join our Financial Advisory practice, specializing in M&A Transaction services. The role involves originating, managing, and executing complex domestic and cross‑border M&A transactions across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sustainable business growth by building trusted C‑suite relationships and originating high‑value advisory engagements.
• Lead complex Financial Advisory engagements with excellence, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and commercial impact.
• Develop and inspire high‑performing teams through strong leadership, coaching, and a culture of continuous growth.
• Serve as a trusted subject matter expert, shaping insights and perspectives that guide clients’ strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Direct experience in transaction service engagements including financial due diligence and valuation assignments.
• Proven business development skills and excellent written and verbal communication, including technical and business writing.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8‑12 years of experience in top‑tier advisory/Big4 firms.
