Senior Market Manager – Vietnamese Speaking (Bangkok)

About the role

As a Senior Market Manager you will lead Airbnb’s Homes business growth in Vietnam, maintaining a competitive supply and building a strong market presence. You will act as the local in‑market expert, driving acquisition, retention and strategic partnership initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage partner relationships with Vietnam Core Host accounts, developing long‑lasting collaborations.
• Prospect and onboard new, high‑quality supply in the assigned geography.
• Analyze data and provide data‑driven recommendations to identify and act on strategic sales opportunities.
• Represent Airbnb at external meetings and events with Core Hosts in the market.
• Educate hosts on product changes and relay feedback to internal product and policy teams.
• Hold regular optimisation calls and business reviews with partners.
• Deliver exceptional service to Core Hosts, including occasional in‑person support trips.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, communications, public policy and customer support teams to ensure long‑term market success.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in partnership, business development, sales or account management.
• Proven experience working in Vietnam (must).
• Background in the tech industry; travel‑tech experience is a plus.
• Strong time‑management, prioritisation and ability to handle operational complexity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent in Vietnamese and English.
• Proficient quantitative skills with the ability to interpret and apply data.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Willingness to travel to Vietnam as business needs require.
