Senior Marketing Key Account Manager (Media)

About the role

As a Marketing Key Account Manager at aCommerce, you will lead paid‑media strategy and execution for top e‑commerce brands across Southeast Asia. You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to drive traffic, conversions and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic contact for assigned e‑commerce clients, translating business goals into digital marketing plans and leading performance reviews.
• Oversee end‑to‑end campaign execution across Meta, Google, TikTok, Shopee, Lazada and other platforms, ensuring timely launch, budget adherence and quality.
• Coordinate with media planners, creatives, SEO, CRM and marketplace specialists to align initiatives and optimize ROAS.
• Develop and review media plans with Media Planning Specialists, integrating SEO and CRM efforts.
• Analyze performance metrics (GMV, ROAS, CTR, CPC) and present actionable insights and recommendations to clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, public relations or a related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing or client servicing, preferably in e‑commerce or agency settings.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision‑making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a self‑starting attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
