Senior Organizational Performance Consultant – Bangkok

About the role

Agoda is seeking a Senior Organizational Performance Consultant to join its People Team in Bangkok. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to drive talent development, performance management, and organizational capability across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to understand talent needs, critical capabilities, pipelines, and organizational structures.
• Coordinate and support the performance management process, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across teams.
• Analyze people and business data to identify talent patterns, risks, and opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare and share analysis on talent pipelines, succession considerations, development needs, performance trends, and workforce demographics.
• Support the design, improvement, and delivery of talent practices and tools, translating broad requirements into clear processes.
• Facilitate talent and performance discussions, bringing data‑driven structure to support fair decisions.
• Develop practical guidance, tools, and ways of working to streamline talent processes and reduce complexity.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in strategic or management consulting, talent management, organizational performance, or people operations within a multinational organization.
• Undergraduate degree from a top university (advanced degrees welcome).
• Strong project‑management skills with a proven ability to plan, prioritize, track progress, and deliver results on time.
• Acute business acumen and understanding of how organizational structures affect execution.
• Experience facilitating discussions and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to support multiple initiatives with clear measures of progress and impact.
• Data‑driven analytical approach with skill in communicating actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical‑conversation leadership abilities.
