Senior People Effectiveness Consultant – Bangkok

About the role

Agoda is seeking a Senior People Effectiveness Consultant to join its People Team in Bangkok. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to shape talent priorities, drive performance management and enhance organisational capability across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to understand talent pipelines, critical capabilities and organisational structures.
• Drive the performance management cycle by coordinating activities, supporting managers and monitoring progress.
• Analyse people and business data to uncover talent patterns, risks and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable insights.
• Prepare and share analyses on succession considerations, development needs, performance trends and workforce demographics.
• Support the design, improvement and delivery of talent practices and tools, turning broad requirements into clear processes.
• Facilitate talent and performance discussions with data‑driven structure to enable fair, evidence‑based decisions.
• Develop guidance, tools and ways of working that streamline talent processes and reduce complexity.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in strategic or management consulting or talent management within a multinational organisation.
• Undergraduate degree from a top university; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Strong project‑management skills with a proven ability to plan, prioritize and deliver results on time.
• Solid business acumen and understanding of how organisational structures impact execution.
• Experience facilitating discussions and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse challenges with a data‑driven approach and communicate actionable recommendations.
