Senior Product Designer – Trip Marketing (Bangkok, Relocation)

About the role

As a Product Designer L2 / Senior Product Designer for Trip Marketing, you will lead the design of cross‑sell and recommendation experiences across all Agoda user touchpoints. You will work closely with engineers, user researchers and product managers to create human‑focused, seamless interactions that drive travel planning and booking.

Key responsibilities

• Define UX strategy and drive complex design initiatives for trip‑marketing features.
• Own the end‑to‑end design process for a dedicated scrum, from discovery to delivery.
• Run discovery phases, run user interviews, synthesize findings and translate insights into actionable designs.
• Produce pixel‑perfect UI and visual interfaces for web and mobile products.
• Present concepts to peers and leadership, participate in design critiques, workshops and squad meetings.

Required profile

• 6+ years of full‑time product design experience, preferably in‑house.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user‑centered web and mobile design.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design rationale and influence cross‑functional teams.
