Senior Product Development

About the role

Lead the creation and enhancement of modern learning products in AI and digital fields for Skooldio, a leading talent transformation organization. Collaborate with instructors and enterprise clients to design curricula and tailored solutions that drive commercial success.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and improve AI and digital learning products aligned with business goals and market demand.
• Work closely with instructors to design curriculum content that meets learner expectations and supports revenue targets.
• Partner with enterprise clients to analyze challenges and deliver customized learning solutions.
• Drive product commercial performance in coordination with sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Monitor product performance, learner feedback, and key metrics to continuously optimize offerings.
• Travel to workshop venues or client sites as needed to oversee delivery and gather feedback.
• Mentor junior team members and help optimize internal workflows.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in product development or business development.
• Strong market analysis, customer understanding, and feasibility assessment skills.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end projects across multiple initiatives.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Practical use of AI tools to improve productivity and workflows (preferred).
