Senior Product Specialist

About the role

AIG is transforming how customers manage risk and is looking for a Senior Product Specialist to support this change. You will work closely with the Product Manager, Underwriting, and cross‑functional teams to develop and launch Accident & Health products in the Thai market.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Product Manager and Product Development team in shaping the product roadmap and preparing business case documentation.
• Manage product and committee approvals, develop project timelines, and coordinate with functional stakeholders to ensure successful product launches.
• Assist the Underwriter in implementing plans and benefits within AIG systems and provide data and research support for actuarial proposals.
• Conduct market comparisons, propose new product ideas, and coordinate work procedures across functions.
• Review and help deliver product materials, functional specifications, training guides, and procedural documentation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Accident & Health insurance with solid product knowledge.
• Degree in Actuarial, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Team player comfortable working with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
