Senior Software Engineer – AI‑Enabled Backend

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Software Engineer to build modern backend applications, internal tools, and automation systems that leverage AI capabilities. The role focuses on designing APIs, developing micro‑services, and integrating large‑language‑model features to improve productivity and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs, and internal tools using Python, Node.js/TypeScript, or Go.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases, message brokers (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Pub/Sub), and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, sprint planning, and improve system reliability, performance, and observability.
• Evaluate AI tools and libraries, collaborate on prompt design, and ensure AI usage follows governance and data‑handling guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, architects, and DevOps teams to translate requirements into production‑ready solutions.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js/TypeScript, or Go and experience building APIs and micro‑services.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and container orchestration.
• Experience calling LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and basic prompt engineering.
• Curiosity to learn new technologies and strong communication skills.
