About the role

The Service Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining voice and VoIP infrastructure for our clients in Bangkok.

Key responsibilities

Monitor Voice/VoIP systems such as IP PBX, SIP trunks and voice gateways.
Perform shift work to ensure 24/7 service availability.

Required profile

Willingness to work rotating shifts.
On‑site presence at the Lak Si location.

Required skills

Experience with IP PBX systems.
Knowledge of SIP and SIP Trunk protocols.
Familiarity with Voice Gateways and IP Phone devices.
