Services Commercial Manager – Thailand

About the role

Lead customer services order intake and sales across the assigned district, covering both new equipment customers and the installed base. Drive Service Customer Life Value (CLV) initiatives and ensure the achievement of service sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own overall Customer Services (CS) sales business and manage all CS quotations within the district.
• Collaborate with district sales teams and channel partners to promote and execute CS product sales according to the CS sales strategy.
• Maintain effective relationships with customers and distributors, supporting CS Account Managers on point‑of‑sale deals.
• Fill and analyse the funnel management tool, tracking win/loss, customer satisfaction (NPS), market trends and competition.
• Increase and renew CS service contracts for the installed base, including out‑of‑warranty and higher‑level contracts.
• Promote CLV offerings such as Tech Max and provide feedback on sales strategy to regional management.

Required profile

• Degree‑level education or equivalent with 5–10+ years of relevant commercial experience.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written) and the local language.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding commercial results and data‑driven decision making.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret large data sets into actionable commercial actions.
• Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented with a “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” attitude and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
