Site Logistics Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Site Logistics Manager to lead daily warehouse and material handling operations at our Bangpakong site in Chonburi, Thailand. The role ensures safe, efficient movement of chemicals and related products while supporting the plant’s overall business strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise daily logistics activities, including material handling, storage, and dispatch.
• Develop and coach team leaders, set performance objectives, and manage budgeting and cost control.
• Maintain compliance with plant safety regulations, EHS guidelines, ISO 9001, EFfCI GMP, Halal, RSPO and other statutory requirements.
• Oversee equipment selection, procurement and maintenance to guarantee safe and reliable operations.
• Monitor inbound and outbound material flows, resolve discrepancies with accounting and production, and ensure accurate receiving reports.
• Support annual budget preparation for warehousing activities, including manpower and equipment needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations, preferably in manufacturing or chemical industry.
• Strong proficiency in spoken and written English and Thai.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets and drive continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system.
• Familiarity with EFfCI GMP standards.
• Computer literacy for logistics and reporting tools.
