Software Engineer (Full stack)

About the role

We are seeking a Software Engineer specialized in backend Python to join our growing team of technical experts. You will build and deliver large‑scale systems that help our clients accelerate their e‑commerce business in Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop software for managing order workflows and inventory for e‑commerce sites.
• Collaborate with back‑end developers and web designers to improve usability and create quality mockups and prototypes.
• Design and implement real‑time APIs, asynchronous processes, and batch processes for integration with external systems.
• Develop unit, functional, and load tests to improve system reliability and performance.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of software engineering or integration experience.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, multitasking, pressure‑tolerant with excellent English communication.

Required skills

• Python (or Java or Ruby) programming.
• JavaScript, CSS, jQuery and a front‑end framework.
• SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Message broker such as RabbitMQ (preferred).
• Experience with Agile SDLC, unit testing, code review, debugging, release.
• Familiarity with cloud‑based applications and Kubernetes (preferred).
• Automated testing tools like Selenium, Robot Framework, or Cucumber (nice plus).
