Solution & Key Account Manager – Health Technology

About the role

Join Philips as a senior leader responsible for driving growth and innovation in health technology across Thailand. Reporting to the Country Leader for Health Systems, you will shape strategic direction, strengthen key client relationships and ensure sustainable business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute strategic plans for key accounts, analysing market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
• Manage the full account lifecycle, from opportunity assessment to budget oversight, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Serve as the primary liaison between key accounts and internal teams, coordinating cross‑functional efforts to deliver tailored solutions.
• Resolve complex issues and conflicts with key accounts promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Mentor junior professionals, fostering a collaborative culture and sharing best practices.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry, including at least 5 years in senior management roles.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives.
• Deep understanding of the Thai healthcare market and experience navigating multinational corporate environments.
• Strong analytical and market‑insight capabilities to align business strategies with evolving industry dynamics.
