Solutions Engineer, AI

About the role

HRnetOne is looking for a Solutions Engineer, AI, based in Thailand, to bridge the gap between technology and customers. The role covers the full customer journey, from pre-sales technical discussions and solution design through implementation, integration and early adoption. It suits someone who combines technical problem solving, solution design and stakeholder engagement, working closely with enterprise customers.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Sales team on technical engagements, including product demonstrations, requirements gathering, solution scoping and technical discussions.
• Translate customer business and technical requirements into practical solution designs and deployment approaches.
• Work with customers during implementation, including configuration, integration, troubleshooting and technical support.
• Develop and deliver Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Work with customer technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
• Act as a technical bridge between customers and internal Product and Engineering teams, feeding back customer insights.
• Support customers through onboarding, implementation and early-stage adoption.
• Answer customer questions on APIs, integrations, architecture, security and technical requirements.

Required profile

• Experience in a technical, customer-facing role, communicating with technical and business stakeholders.
• Background in software, cloud, data, AI/ML or enterprise technology through experience, education or self-learning.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in Thai and English.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment and quick learner; willing to work directly with customers and occasionally alongside customer teams.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of APIs, system integrations and software/system architecture.
• Preferred: experience with LLMs, Generative AI or AI-related solutions, and exposure to enterprise software sales cycles.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
