Specialist - KOL & Creator Relationship Management

About the role

The KOL and Affiliate Specialist is responsible for identifying, managing and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and affiliate partners to boost brand visibility, engagement and sales. The role involves planning and executing influencer and affiliate campaigns, especially on TikTok, and using data insights to optimise performance.

Key responsibilities

• Research, select and build long‑term relationships with KOLs that match the brand’s beauty & FMCG audience.
• Develop, brief and coordinate KOL campaigns, review content for brand compliance and monitor performance against ROI targets.
• Design and run affiliate marketing strategies on TikTok, recruiting creators and supporting them to produce on‑brand video content.
• Manage campaign budgets, track spend and produce performance reports with actionable insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in influencer marketing or KOL management.
• Creative, detail‑oriented and passionate about skincare and beauty trends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using Google Sheets and Google Slides for reporting and presentations.
