Student & Academic Advisor for Middle & High School

About the role

The Student & Academic Advisor will guide middle‑school and high‑school students through their academic journey, ensuring they meet curriculum requirements and receive holistic support for personal development.

Key responsibilities

• Advise students on course selection, academic planning, and graduation requirements.
• Monitor academic performance, attendance, and behavior, generating reports for intervention.
• Provide pastoral counseling, mentorship, and emotional support.
• Ensure safety protocols and student protection measures are followed.
• Act as liaison among students, families, teachers, and school administration, delivering weekly wellbeing reports.
• Organize workshops, orientation activities, and career‑exploration sessions.
• Collaborate with the Senior Advisor and teachers on student cases and progress.
• Coordinate non‑academic student activities, facilitating at least one event per month.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in student support or academic advising.
• Strong interpersonal, mentoring, and communication abilities.
• Fluent English with a required TOEIC or IELTS score.
