Supervisor – Maintenance & Repair

About the role

Lead and supervise the overall Container Maintenance & Repair operations, ensuring quality, safety and timely completion of body and reefer unit repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee container inspection, damage assessment, repair estimation, maintenance and repair activities.
• Manage manpower, tools, spare parts and resources to meet operational requirements.
• Ensure accurate EIR, repair estimates, repair records, EMR documentation and system updates.
• Monitor KPIs such as turnaround time, productivity, costs and material usage.
• Coordinate with depot operations, customers, vendors and other stakeholders for smooth container flow.
• Drive root‑cause analysis, corrective actions and continuous improvement across M&R operations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Refrigeration, Automotive Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in container maintenance & repair or depot operations.
• Supervisory experience managing container repair, reefer maintenance, EIR or EMR operations is preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
