Supply Chain Manager, South East Asia

About the role

Lonza is hiring a Supply Chain Manager for its South East Asia (SEA) business, based in Bangkok, Thailand. The role leads the end-to-end supply chain function supporting the company's growth in the region, including oversight of supply chain transactions, S&OP, demand planning, import planning, warehousing and inbound/outbound logistics. It is a fully site-based position.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly S&OP process for the SEA business (Hard Capsule, Ingredients and DFS), using demand forecasts from the sales team and import plans from global manufacturing sites.
• Develop and improve processes for on-time import and delivery of products to SEA customers in a cost-efficient way.
• Plan the annual demand and supply plan for finished goods and adjust it when demand changes, in line with manufacturing sites and global operations.
• Handle supply chain transactions in Australia and New Zealand (purchase orders, import and distribution) with the sales team.
• Support the growth and development of team members.
• Commit to and lead supply chain projects with regional and global teams.

Required profile

• Experience running supply and demand planning processes in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience driving import models, global trade flows and supply chain logistics across SEA regional corridors.
• Proven experience managing supplier relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business management or an equivalent qualification.

Required skills

• Operational proficiency in SAP ERP or similar systems, in modules covering materials management, demand planning or logistics execution.
