Talent Acquisition Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to support hiring across multiple functions and regions as BJAK scales globally. This hands‑on recruitment role involves managing multiple hiring priorities and partnering closely with stakeholders to deliver hiring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for assigned roles across various functions and locations.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, source, screen, assess, and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for active and future hiring needs.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to support hiring strategies.
• Coordinate interview processes while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and provide regular hiring updates to stakeholders.
• Support recruitment process improvements, hiring initiatives, and employer branding activities.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, executive search, or staffing.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong sourcing capabilities across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
• Experience recruiting across functions such as Operations, Finance, Marketing, Creative, HR, Product, Engineering, etc.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Thai, Japanese) are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
