Tax Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Tax Accountant to support our finance team with filing tax documents. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative roles within a finance or tax department and will be responsible for the efficient preparation, organization, and filing of tax documents. This position ensures that all tax filings are accurate and submitted in a timely manner.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and organizing tax documents, including gathering necessary financial data and supporting documentation.
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax documents, meeting all deadlines.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of all tax‑related documents and correspondences.
• Input financial data accurately into tax software and spreadsheets.
• Stay informed about current tax requirements to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Provide administrative support during tax audits, including gathering and organizing necessary documentation.
• Collaborate closely with finance and tax teams to gather necessary information for tax filings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Basic understanding of tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
