About the role

Land And Houses Bank is seeking an experienced Team Lead for Home Loan Sales to oversee its operations in Phuket and Khon Kaen. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on expanding the bank’s home loan portfolio by leading a high‑performing sales team.

Key responsibilities

Lead and manage a high‑performing sales team dedicated to home loan products.
Drive growth of the bank’s home loan portfolio through effective sales strategies and performance monitoring.
Set sales targets and track team results to ensure continuous portfolio expansion.

Required profile

Proven experience in home loan sales and team leadership.
Ability to work on‑site in Phuket or Khon Kaen and commit to full‑time responsibilities.
