Tech Solutions Consultant (D2C & Ecommerce)

About the role

aCommerce is Southeast Asia’s leading ecommerce enablement company, helping brands build, operate, and grow their Direct‑to‑Consumer (D2C) and omnichannel businesses across the region. We are looking for a Tech Solutions Consultant who can bridge business strategy and technology. The role partners with Commercial, Product, Engineering, Project Management and external clients to design scalable ecommerce and digital commerce solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, understand client business objectives and translate them into solution requirements.
• Design scalable D2C and ecommerce architectures, recommending technology stacks such as Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ERP, OMS, WMS and payment gateways.
• Support commercial teams throughout the sales cycle, estimate effort, identify risks and present solutions to clients.
• Prepare Statements of Work, functional requirement documents and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Logistics, Marketing Tech) to validate feasibility and align solutions with delivery capabilities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital commerce, technology consulting or solution consulting.
• Proven experience in client‑facing solution discussions and cross‑functional project delivery.
• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English, with ability to work under pressure and travel to client sites.
