About the role
ABB is seeking a Technical Account Manager to support customers in the Energy Industry in Thailand. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, managing service contracts, and driving value through technical expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively support assigned accounts, anticipating needs and delivering evolution plans and life‑cycle reports.
- Measure, report and present service value to stakeholders such as Maintenance Managers and Plant Managers.
- Identify service and system sales opportunities to expand ABB’s value and grow service contracts.
Required profile
- At least 10 years of experience with control systems, DCS/PLC/SCADA architectures and industrial communication protocols in Oil & Gas or Power Generation.
- Strong ability to translate technical constraints into operational impact for plant and maintenance leaders.
- Excellent communication skills in Thai and English.
