Technical Sales Representative – Food & Beverage

About the role

Join Diversey’s fast‑growing industrial solutions team in Bangkok as a Technical Sales Representative focused on food and beverage customers. You will build strong relationships, drive sales growth and deliver hands‑on hygiene, sanitation and process solutions to leading beverage, brewery and dairy operations.

Key responsibilities

• Translate marketing strategy into operational sales plans, working with the Sales Director to define sector strategy and execution priorities.
• Conduct market analysis of trends, competitor activity and business environment to develop programs that increase sales volumes and margins.
• Identify, evaluate and close new business opportunities, negotiating contracts aligned with company strategy.
• Ensure effective on‑site execution, including equipment installation, order planning, supply‑chain coordination and troubleshooting with Technical & Customer Service teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, food engineering, chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production, quality control/assurance or sales within the beverage, dairy, alcohol or food industries.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent English communication.
