About the role
JLL is seeking a Technician to support operations at the Muang Thai Phatra Complex in Bangkok. The role involves working on high‑rise building systems and ensuring safety and efficiency on site.
Key responsibilities
- Perform technical tasks related to electrical and mechanical systems in a high‑rise building.
- Use hand tools and measurement equipment to carry out maintenance and repairs.
Required profile
- Minimum vocational certificate (ปวช.) with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Experience in high‑rise building environments and basic safety awareness.
- Ability to work shifts, be punctual, and handle pressure.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with hand tools and measurement devices.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
- Possession of a professional licence (e.g., internal building electrical licence) is a plus.
