Training Supervisor

About the role

MSX, a partner to leading automotive brands and mobility companies, is hiring a Training Supervisor to lead daily training operations, plan training through data analysis and keep accurate training records and reporting in TMSI. The role works closely with internal and external stakeholders, trainers/coaches and dealer partners, and is based on site in Bang Kradi, Pathum Thani, Monday to Friday (8:30-17:30).

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily training administration: registration, attendance records, room preparation and participant coordination.
• Act as the main administrative contact for dealers, trainers, the client's National Sales Company and the Training Center team.
• Administer TMSI, including user access, registrations, data maintenance, WBT/online learning assignments, PDPA consent and system compliance.
• Plan training schedules and calendars according to trainer availability, facility capacity and training KPIs.
• Arrange external training venues and special events, and update and verify training records after each session.
• Generate training performance reports and support monthly or quarterly updates for dealers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Permanent Thai work rights only.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Communication or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a training environment, including at least 3 years at supervisor or team-leader level.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Good command of spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with TMSI is an advantage.
• Stakeholder management, attention to detail and accuracy, and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
