Visual and Media Communication Specialist

About the role
The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) seeks a Visual and Media Communication Specialist to create high‑quality communication materials that showcase the Tropical Landscape Grant Fund (TLGF) initiatives. Working remotely, you will collaborate with UN Information Centre, UN Communication Groups and media experts across Indonesia.
Key responsibilities
- Produce communication assets such as articles, factsheets, videos and photo documentation for TLGF.
- Strengthen networks and share knowledge with stakeholders and media partners to amplify TLGF achievements.
- Organise media visits and knowledge‑sharing activities.
- Coordinate closely with the TLGF National Project Manager and Climate Finance Unit Communication Officer.
Required profile
- Proven experience in visual and media communication, preferably within international development or environmental projects.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and meet deadlines.
- Strong storytelling skills and familiarity with UN communication standards.
