Warehouse Specialist

About the role

As a Warehouse Specialist at Bosch Group’s smart factory in Thailand, you will support the efficient flow of parts and components between suppliers, production lines, and customers. You will work closely with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate problem‑solving activities between HmjP and LSP to provide timely feedback and resolution.
• Conduct annual inventory counts, monthly cycle counts and reconciliation activities, defining corrective actions per company standards.
• Ensure outbound operations meet right‑time, right‑part, right‑quantity, and right‑standard requirements.
• Review, revise and create work instructions for new processes to maintain operational quality.
• Support FMEA line‑walk activities, weekly LPC audits and act as auditee for system and customer audits.
• Attend daily meetings with LSP, share summaries and related reports.
• Communicate and resolve daily operational issues with all relevant departments.
• Monitor IT equipment and indirect supply fulfillment to support LSP operations.
• Assist new projects and perform additional assignments as directed by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience in warehouse operations or a logistics environment.
• Ability to create clear work‑instruction documents and training materials.
• Strong coordination skills and ability to work under project timelines and pressure.
