Customer Support Representative

About the role

FASTSHIP, Thailand’s leading international logistics platform, is looking for a Customer Support Representative to be the primary point of contact for its e‑commerce clients. You will handle inquiries, monitor shipments and help improve the overall customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for customers, handling inquiries, delivery status updates and issue resolution with a professional service mindset.
• Proactively monitor shipments, coordinate with carriers/3PLs to resolve transportation issues and minimise delays.
• Analyse transportation data and shipment performance to optimise routing efficiency and meet customer expectations.
• Collect customer feedback, identify recurring pain points and suggest process improvements.
• Manage key metrics such as first‑response time, AHT and CSAT, ensuring quality through QA audits.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in customer service; logistics or supply‑chain experience is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex situations clearly.
• Can‑do attitude, able to work under pressure, multitask and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work on alternate Saturdays (work‑from‑home).

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Openness to learning advanced data‑analysis and route‑optimisation tools.
