HR Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner will act as a strategic ally to business leaders, driving talent acquisition, university collaborations and employer branding while supporting organisational development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for full‑time positions, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Oversee internship recruitment programs and supervise HR interns.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with universities, coordinate campus recruitment events and internship programmes.
• Lead employee branding efforts on social media platforms such as Line and Facebook.
• Conduct regular check‑ins with managers to gather insights on team performance and employee experience, providing guidance on employee relations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in HR, talent acquisition or HR business partnering with hands‑on recruitment experience.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employee relations and recruitment methodologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Proactive, results‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
