HR Intern - Recruitment

About the role

Join CloudCommerce as an HR Intern focused on recruitment and support the team that drives talent acquisition for a fast‑growing e‑commerce and logistics platform. You will gain hands‑on experience in screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining recruitment records while working closely with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate candidate qualifications to identify the best fit for the company.
• Manage and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams.
• Systematically update and maintain the database to ensure accurate recruitment records.
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with hiring managers and applicants.
• Organize and maintain all internship‑related documents systematically and confidentially.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the HR team during company activities.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Genuine interest in Human Resources, E‑commerce, and Logistics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
• Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and social media.

What we offer

• Daily allowance of 200 THB.
• Internship duration of at least 3 months (4 months preferred).
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM.
• On‑site work at CloudCommerce (Fastship) Head Office, accessible via Chaeng Watthana 14 MRT station.
