Industrial Engineering Internship – Chassis System (RBTY/BPS)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated engineering student to join our Chassis System team at Bosch Automotive Thailand for a 4‑month internship starting November 2026. The role offers hands‑on experience in industrial engineering within a global automotive supplier.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the industrial engineering team in analysing and improving production processes.
• Support ergonomic design and the development of efficient work systems.
• Participate in workplace layout design and line‑balancing activities.
• Collect, manage and analyse process time data, including standard time studies.
• Conduct time‑study and work‑study analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain document control for engineering records.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Bachelor programme in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in English for communication.
• Availability for a minimum four‑month internship beginning November 2026.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Plant Simulation software.
• Ability to read and interpret 2‑D engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with Power Automate and Power BI (advantageous).
