Lead Electrical Engineer

About the role

Aurecon is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to join its Built Environmental business in Bangkok. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to design and deliver electrical and communication systems for a variety of building and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Design electrical and communication systems for buildings and infrastructure.
• Prepare detailed calculations and construction documentation.
• Develop and maintain detailed Revit models and BIM templates.
• Coordinate design with other trades, lead clash detection and resolution.
• Provide support during construction phases and update models as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical and communication system design, preferably with data‑center exposure.
• Professional engineering license (Thai) or equivalent is an advantage.
• Strong command of English.

Required skills

• Electrical and communication system design.
• Revit modeling and BIM coordination (BIMForum LOD, AIA, NBIMS standards).
• AutoCAD, Navisworks, Bluebeam.
• Construction technology and practices.
