เกี่ยวกับตำแหน่ง

เรากำลังมองหา Performance Marketer ที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญด้าน Digital Ads เพื่อบริหารจัดการงบประมาณและทำงานร่วมกับ Agency ให้ได้ผลลัพธ์ ROI/ROAS ตรงตามเป้าหมายของบริษัท

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก

ประสานงานและบรีฟงานกับ External Agency ให้สอดคล้องกับกลยุทธ์ของบริษัท
ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงโฆษณาบนแพลตฟอร์มต่าง ๆ เช่น Facebook, Google Ads, TikTok เพื่อให้ได้ประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด (CPA, CTR, ROAS)
ร่วมวางแผนกลยุทธ์ Performance Marketing และจัดสรรงบประมาณในแต่ละช่องทาง
ติดตามผล วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจาก Dashboard/Analytics Tools และจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลพร้อมข้อเสนอแนะ

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ

ประสบการณ์ด้าน Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing หรือ Media Buying อย่างน้อย 2‑3 ปี
ความรู้เชิงลึกเรื่อง Ads Platforms (Facebook, Google, TikTok ฯลฯ) และเครื่องมือวัดผล (Google Analytics, Pixel, Tag Manager)
เคยทำงานร่วมกับ Agency หรือเคยอยู่ฝั่ง Agency จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
ทักษะการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล (Data‑driven) และการสื่อสารที่ดี
