Mold Making Technician & Repair

About the role

Join Bosch's first smart factory in Thailand as a Mold Making Technician & Repair. You will work on a high‑volume fuel injector plant, operating advanced machinery to produce and maintain mold tool components for automotive applications.

Key responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling, HSM, EDM, wire‑cut, grinding, CMM and laser welding machines according to work and quality instructions.
• Coordinate tool repair and spare‑part manufacturing with team leaders, prioritising tasks based on production schedules.
• Follow safety protocols, standard processes and ISO‑compliant procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
• Track KPIs such as utilization and man‑hours, reporting any issues or improvement opportunities.
• Participate in 14Q activities, safety walks and line inspections.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, IATF 16949 and CIP systems.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Machine Tool Technology, Tool & Die or Injection Molding.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in tool & die, molding tools, spare‑part or jig fixture manufacturing.
• Basic English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective teamwork.

Required skills

• CNC milling, HSM, EDM, wire‑cut, grinding, CMM and laser welding operation.
• Proficiency with 3CAD NX, VISI, SolidWorks and Inventor.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Use of precision measurement instruments.
