Project Coordinator

About the role

Join Aurecon's Built Environment business in Bangkok as a Project Coordinator. You will support multidisciplinary teams delivering complex building and infrastructure projects, ensuring smooth document flow and effective communication across all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and issue transmittals, maintain drawing registers, and track project documents using SharePoint, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or Aconex.
• Monitor document status, follow up with team members, and keep master drawing lists up‑to‑date.
• Record meeting minutes, capture video notes, and distribute archived meeting records for easy access.
• Gather data and prepare client or authority submissions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Act as liaison between project teams and external stakeholders, coordinating schedules, deliverables, and updates.
• Manage project‑related email correspondence and maintain a structured filing system.
