About the role

Key responsibilities

• Issue audit reports in accordance with professional standards and firm policies.
• Perform special audit assignments on a case‑by‑case basis.
• Assist the team in delivering high‑quality services to clients.
• Design audit approaches for complex, specialized, or new situations.
• Monitor and improve working procedures.
• Manage engagement problems and client issues.
• Retain existing clients and secure new business for the firm.
• Supervise and train managers, seniors, and junior staff.
• Conduct staff performance assessments and annual reviews.

Required profile

• Thai nationality.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA qualification.
• Minimum 9 years of relevant audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of best‑practice reporting.
• High technical ability with excellent interpersonal and leadership qualities.
• Positive, self‑motivated attitude and strong teamwork orientation.
• Confident communication and presentation skills in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
