Senior Data Scientist – Supply Analytics (Bangkok)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Data Scientist to join its Supply Analytics team in Bangkok. You will work directly with senior leaders in the Supply department, turning business questions into data‑driven solutions that shape Agoda’s supply ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Translate internal briefs into analytical projects, refining questions and storyboarding outputs.
• Extract and analyse data from multiple large‑scale data warehouses to deliver statistically robust insights.
• Present findings to a wide range of business stakeholders and recommend actionable strategies.
• Identify growth opportunities within supply and drive new analytical initiatives.
• Lead projects that scale the use of data and insights across the Supply organization.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior analyst or data scientist in a fast‑paced, data‑centric environment.
• Strong ability to work independently and influence cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting complex analysis to non‑technical audiences.
