Tax Manager - International Tax Advisory

About the role

Forvis Mazars is a global leader in audit, tax and advisory services, operating in over 100 countries. The Tax Manager will join the international tax team in Bangkok, working on high‑impact cross‑border projects for multinational clients. This role offers the chance to shape client outcomes and develop as a trusted global advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Lead international tax advisory engagements for inbound and outbound investments, including MNE groups listed on the Thai SET and other exchanges.
• Advise on cross‑border structuring, holding structures, tax‑efficient supply chains and tax incentive regimes.
• Provide technical guidance on BEPS, Pillar Two, transfer pricing alignment and tax treaties.
• Handle personal wealth and estate tax planning for family offices.
• Support M&A transactions, reorganisations and post‑deal integrations from a tax perspective.
• Review and oversee international tax compliance to ensure risk‑aware outcomes.
• Manage client relationships as a trusted advisor and collaborate with global Forvis Mazars teams.
• Coach, develop and review work of senior associates and consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Finance or Law.
• CPA, CTA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• 7–10 years of international tax experience, preferably from a Big 4 or top‑tier advisory firm.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Leadership mindset with experience coaching high‑performing teams.
