Sales Coordinator & Customer Service – Maritime Logistics

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator & Customer Service professional to join our Maritime Logistics team in Bangkok. You will ensure accurate and timely handling of import/export documentation, provide exceptional service to our clients, and support the Maritime Logistics Manager in driving growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing shipment bookings, operational updates and inquiries.
• Update stakeholders on shipment status, sailing schedules and any potential delays.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents, delivery orders and export/import manifests.
• Process Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and paper‑less customs submissions in compliance with local regulations.
• Maintain real‑time updates in internal systems and external partner portals such as K‑Navi.
• Coordinate with overseas agents to ensure smooth cargo hand‑overs at origin and destination.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, generate rate quotes and follow up on sales leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with carriers, shipping lines and terminal operators to secure competitive rates and space allocations.
