SAP S4HANA Officer

About the role

We are looking for an SAP S/4HANA Officer to support the rollout of SAP S/4HANA within our warehouse operations at Bosch's smart factory in Rayong, Thailand. You will ensure the new system functions smoothly and that end‑users are well‑trained.

Key responsibilities

• Support SAP S/4HANA rollout project activities in warehouse operations.
• Perform system testing in both test and production environments to verify functionality and stability.
• Create and maintain work instruction documents for warehouse processes under the new system.
• Register new work instructions in the SAP system.
• Provide training and guidance to end users to ensure proper system understanding and usage.
• Support process stabilization after go‑live to ensure a smooth transition and operational continuity.
• Carry out other assignments delegated by the manager or project manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in logistics and warehouse operations.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to create clear work instruction documents and training materials.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work under project timelines and pressure.
• Readiness to take on additional responsibilities or special assignments as required.
