Associate Manager – Production Quality & Supplier Coordination

About the role

The Associate Manager will support a lifestyle and wellness consumer‑goods company that creates aromatherapy and air‑solution products. Based in Bangkok, the role oversees production quality at partner factories across Thailand and acts as the communication bridge between local suppliers and cross‑border teams in Taiwan and Shenzhen.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise production processes at partner factories and conduct quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Record, report and support corrective actions for any quality issues identified during inspections.
• Consolidate production and quality issues from Thai factories and communicate them to relevant overseas departments.
• Follow up on issue‑resolution progress and provide timely updates.
• Serve as liaison between Thai factories and product development teams abroad, coordinating requirements and feedback.
• Identify, evaluate and recommend new factories in Thailand, establishing cooperative partnerships that meet quality and production requirements.
• Travel between Bangkok and Lampang as needed for production monitoring and supplier development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or a related field.
• Prior experience in quality control, supplier management or manufacturing supervision, preferably in consumer goods or related industries.
• Hands‑on experience with factory audits, inspections and production monitoring.
• Familiarity with ISO standards, QA/QC processes or product compliance requirements is a plus.
• Fluent Thai and Chinese; English proficiency is a plus.
