Microbiological Lab Manager – Navanakorn Factory

About the role

Provide technical leadership and support to the Indochina and Vietnam markets, ensuring microbiological laboratory operations comply with Nestlé Good Laboratory Practices, safety requirements and quality management systems. Act as a Technical Management Team member and Deputy Quality Manager for ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead microbiological testing, method validation, verification and performance monitoring across Nestlé factories, NQAC laboratories and co‑manufacturers.
• Deliver scientific training, coaching and technical support to laboratory staff and stakeholders.
• Manage laboratory CAPEX, maintenance budgets and operational resources to ensure cost‑effective performance.
• Maintain and improve laboratory documentation, procedures, work instructions and quality records.
• Promote a strong safety culture as SHE Champion and ensure compliance with laboratory safety standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Food Science, Biological Science, Chemistry or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in microbiology laboratory operations, quality assurance or analytical services.
• Experience with ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratories and laboratory audits.
• Strong communication skills in Thai and English.
