Deals, Capital Projects and Infrastructure Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Deals, Capital Projects and Infrastructure Manager to lead large‑scale construction and infrastructure initiatives in Bangkok. The role combines strategic advisory on deals with hands‑on project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, budget, execute and close complex capital projects and infrastructure programmes.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Coach and develop team members, leveraging their strengths to meet client expectations.
• Maintain project quality, timelines and deliverables through collective ownership.
• Address conflicts, conduct difficult conversations and escalate issues when necessary.
• Uphold PwC professional standards, code of conduct and independence requirements.
