About the role
Lead high‑visibility greenfield builds for a tier‑1 US client, overseeing site execution and commissioning of hyperscale data centre projects in Greater Bangkok.
Key responsibilities
- Direct complex site execution, including IST, SAT and FAT testing for advanced infrastructure.
- Manage relationships between the US client and on‑site teams, unblocking critical path issues while ensuring quality and delivery.
Required profile
- Experience with top‑tier international PMCs or tier‑1 main contractors on large‑scale MEP integration projects.
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or Quantity Surveying and proven leadership in greenfield mega‑projects.
Required skills
- IST, SAT and FAT testing procedures.
- Complex MEP integration and site commissioning.
