About the role
We are seeking a Project Director to lead hyperscale data centre builds from design through handover. This senior position will manage a complex, mission‑critical project, coordinating consultants, contractors and specialists on‑site.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver large‑scale construction projects with 12+ years of experience.
- Provide client‑facing leadership and stakeholder management throughout design, construction, commissioning and handover.
- Manage multidisciplinary consultant and contractor teams to ensure alignment and progress.
Required profile
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar.
- Experience in a Project Management Consultancy, client‑side team or Tier 1 contractor.
- Proven track record delivering major construction or infrastructure projects.
Required skills
- PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project controls and multidisciplinary coordination.
