Sales Supervisor, Enable & ENT

About the role

Medtronic, a global healthcare technology company, is looking for a Sales Supervisor for its Enable & ENT business unit in Bangkok. The role manages a sales team within a region, district or geography, supports key accounts and drives market share growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, direct and monitor the activities of a sales team to achieve established sales targets.
• Develop and implement business strategies for existing and potential accounts.
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the sales team to deliver the organisation's sales strategy for the assigned area.
• Build strong relationships with key account personnel and relevant functions to support selling, market development, service and clinical programs.
• Identify opportunities, develop new programs and assess the need for new selling programs and processes, including competitive analysis.
• Coach sales representatives on product technical aspects, marketing campaigns, promotions, sales techniques and standards.
• Manage performance, talent development, diversity and inclusion, and authorise hiring, firing, promotion and rewards within the area.

Required profile

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and 7+ years of experience, or an Associate's degree and 5+ years, or a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years.
• Relevant sales, clinical or related experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare or life sciences.
• Experience managing a small to mid-sized team of experienced sales professionals.
